Genders Online Journal
Features “essays about gender and sexuality in relation to social, political, artistic, and economic concerns.” User also has the option of accessing past issues. In addition to essays, the site features interviews and reviews as well as other useful links regarding gender and sexuality.
The Kinsey Institute
Provides a detailed history of the controversial Kinsey Institute as well as information describing Alfred Kinsey's research studies and findings along with biographical information about the institutes' founder. Also has links to various research reference resources that include bibliographies, online journals and magazines, data archives, and databases.
Intersex Society of North America
Links to articles, books, book reviews, definitions, FAQs, and bibliographies. Also features medical treatment and legal information. User can read current and back issues of ISNA's newsletter as well as links to other useful sites.
LGBT/Queer Studies: An annotated list
Ideal site for all the information students and faculty could want in regards to gender/sexuality. Each site includes a description of what the user will find on that particular site. Information featured includes: College/University-based LGBT Scholars, Programs & Resources; Queer Studies; Centers & Institutions; Libraries & Archives; Professional Caucuses/Organizations; Journals/Periodicals/Literary publications; and Assorted links of potential interest. Much information to explore and not all of it deals exclusively with lesbian, gay, transgender, etc. issues.
Queer Theory
Features gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer bibliographies, educational resources such as online resources, libraries and archives, schools and programs, etc., links to dictionaries, journals, other useful website, women's centers, and much more. Site also includes links to “Hate Watch” Organizations, such as the Anti-Defamation League.
